ATTORNEY  ADVERTISING                                                                     John D. Vanstrom an attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New York with over 18 years of experience. His practice is concentrated in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, representing buyers, sellers, borrowers and lenders; estate and succession planning; preparation of wills, health care proxies,living wills, and durable general powers of attorney; preparation of trust agreements; business and corporate law, including advice and planning for various business entities, including, limited liability companies,corporations and sole proprietorships; and elder law issues, including medicaid planning.

Mr. Vanstrom is a member of the Jamestown Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Vanstrom is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section and the Real Property Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Vanstrom graduated from Falconer High School in 1984. Mr. Vanstrom attended Allegheny College and received a B.A. in political science in 1988. Mr. Vanstrom received his Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School, graduating cum laude, in May 1991. Mr. Vanstrom was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in January, 1992.

Mr. Vanstrom is married and has a wife, Lisa, and two sons, Jackson and Justin, and is a lifelong resident of the Jamestown area.
